Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date you receive your order.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when received.
- Personalized or customized products (including custom bracelets or charms) cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
